• FOB quotations exclude ocean freight, bunker adjustment factors, Ghana duties, ancillary Ghana agencies unless explicitly itemised.
• Vehicle descriptions depend on upstream inspection sheets; latent defects unforeseen at loading may still appear — insure accordingly.
• Force majeure (port strikes, yen swings, epidemics, vessel substitutions) adjusts timelines without penalty to either party beyond made costs.
• Disputes first undergo good-faith escalation between your appointed representative and ours; lingering matters default to Ghanaian courts/seat agreed per invoice schedule.
